The forgotten 'Riviera 76' music festival in Provence, inspired by Woodstock, is explored in a documentary after lost film footage was rediscovered.
En juillet 1976, la Provence s'apprête à accueillir un festival de musique ambitieux, le Riviera 76, inspiré du légendaire Woodstock. Son cofondateur, Michael Lang, rêve de reproduire ce succès. Le festival, qui promettait « 36 heures de musique dans 350 hectares d’herbe », mettait à l'affiche des artistes de renom comme Joe Cocker, Magma, Gil Scott-Heron et Betty Davis.
