The S. João Batista festivities in Guidões are bringing back traditional popular marches and other customs to recover ancient traditions.
As Festas de S. João Batista, em Guidões, no concelho da Trofa, estão de volta entre os dias 20 e 24 de junho. Este ano, o grande objetivo é 'recuperar tradições antigas' e trazer de novo a alegria e o 'fulgor' (o brilho e a vivacidade) dos anos anteriores à freguesia. A principal aposta da nova comissão de festas é o aguardado regresso das famosas 'marchas populares'.
