These terms govern your use of the Mundo language learning app. By using Mundo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You can use Mundo as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per person — don't share accounts or create multiple accounts.
Gems are a virtual currency earned through daily logins, vocabulary reviews, and quizzes. Gems have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money. Gems are used to unlock additional articles beyond the free daily limit. We reserve the right to modify the gem economy (earning rates, costs) at any time.
Mundo Premium is a paid subscription processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the Settings page — access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and Stripe's policies.
Mundo provides news articles sourced from public feeds and AI-generated translations, explanations, and quizzes. AI-generated content is provided as a learning aid and may not always be perfectly accurate. Do not rely on Mundo for professional translation, legal, or medical purposes. News content belongs to its original publishers.
Use Mundo for its intended purpose — language learning. Don't attempt to manipulate the gem system, abuse API endpoints, reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with other users' experience. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Mundo app, its design, code, and original content are our intellectual property. Your learning data (vocabulary, progress, reading history) belongs to you. You grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service.
Mundo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mundo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
