España ha inaugurado su primer Centro TUMO para Tecnologías Creativas en Bilbao, gracias a la colaboración entre Fundación La Caixa, la Diputación Foral de Vizcaya y el Ayuntamiento de Bilbao. Este centro, situado en el Azkuna Zetroa-Alhóndiga Bilbao, ofrece un programa educativo internacional, gratuito y extraescolar para adolescentes de 12 a 18 años.
